About Dobson and Crowther
Dobson & Crowther Ltd are the largest producers of bespoke Litho printed envelopes in the UK. Established in 1904, the business moved to Llangollen in 1946 and was eventually acquired by Smurfit Packaging UK in 1973. The business has now reverted to its original name following an MBO in March 2006.
Dobson & Crowther manufacture in excess of half a billion printed envelopes annually for our customers. This encompasses, Direct Mail, horticultural seed pockets, photographic systems bags, wallets mailers and school photograph envelopes. Mobile phone and ink jet cartridge recycling mailer bags, charity and jewellery pockets.
